Client Management Client Management is currently undergoing an overhaul with the upcoming release of Eye On Time version 4. This will be an exciting new feature allowing you to maintain a catalogue of all your clients with easily accessible contact and project information for each client.

Current development on version 4 has seen clients isolated in to their own section, with projects belonging to clients. This enhancement will have many features including: multiple contacts for clients, multiple projects for clients with detailed reports on all work done for a client, as well as a few interesting enhancements to our service - in that it means 1 entry per client and you don't end up with multiple similarly spelt clients.

Additional features will include being able to format and email reports directly to your client, with your business logo and company information. These reports will include all timesheet entries on specific projects, all timesheet entries on all projects, time/hours/expense summaries on specific and all projects and many more.

Because we're setting up the timesheet, project and client reports up to be customised by you, you'll see your reports formatted ready to go!
