Technical Support and Enquiries Users are asked to check the Help within the system and the Frequently Asked Questions to see if a solution is already available.

If no solution is available in either of those areas, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Email is our prefered method of contact for all enquiries.

When version 4 launches, all support issues and resolutions will be placed in a searchable knowledgebase within the timesheet systems' Help section. This knowledgebase will become our primary support method, cataloguing and displaying many of the more common issues, although we'll still maintain email contact with our customers.
