Employee Management Employee management is a side-feature of Eye On Time. For your convenience, Administrator and Moderator accounts have direct access to contact information of all employees. Each employee has a status, Enabled or Disabled, determining whether they can sign in and use the system. Additionally, Eye On Time records don't disappear. An employee you released 6 months ago still has records in your account, although their disabled account prevents them from signing in. Employees can be divided up into divisions and groups, so you can easily view timesheet and project reports on specific groups of employees. |
