Project Management Eye On Time supports two project types: Hours and Time & Materials. Because your project information is closely tied-in with your timesheets, there will never be any confusion over the hours logged, the hours quoted and the hours billed.

Project management is simple with Eye On Time. Each project has it's own entry in with crucial information stored and available to you at any time. In addition, each project has a status of Open or Closed. Open projects may be added to timesheets, Closed projects can't. Projects can be added and edited by Moderators and Administrators, and quickly!

Projects are also broken down into Tasks. Tasks can be specifically linked to a project, or they can be Global. Global tasks are associated with every project. This means you can quickly define a single list of tasks that are common to most projects, and then for special projects assign specific tasks.

As of Version 4 of Eye On Time, projects will also be grouped by clients. This will allow you to easily generate reports on all projects, timesheet entries and expense information pertaining to an individual client.
