Tiered Access Levels There are three levels of access with Eye On Time. They're designed to allow you to deligate no, partial or full authority to your employees. These user levels have access to various information.

General Users These employees are limited to controlling their own timesheets. They can add/edit and delete entries in timesheets less than 14 days old. They can edit their account details (but not their access level). They have no access to view or edit any other users timesheets or the reports section.

Moderators The next level of access, these users are able to view other employees timesheets, add users, projects and expense items. They can also reset employees passwords to the default you define.

This account level is designed to allow you to delegate general maintenance responsibilities to selected employees.

Administrators This is the highest access level. Administrators can view, edit and delete any timesheet from any employee, add, edit and delete employees, projects, expenses, branches and divisions.

Administrators are the only access level that can generate timesheet and project reports.
